Key Responsibilities- Provide Expert Mission Analysis: Utilize your expertise in information systems and operations to analyze and assess complex situations, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational plans that integrate information-related capabilities, ensuring seamless execution and effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with Interagency and Intelligence Community Entities: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including interagency and intelligence community entities, to ensure effective coordination and synchronization of operations.
- Provide Strategic Communications Support: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring effective messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay Ahead of Emerging Threats: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging threats and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in information operations.
- Minimum of 8 Years of Experience: In information operations planning, with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the service or joint level in support of operations at Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces.
- IO (FA30) Career Field: Must have a strong background in the IO (FA30) career field, with expertise in joint operational planning, military decision-making, and military campaign planning.
- Active DOD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance: Must possess an active DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance, with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen, with a current U.S. passport with at least a year remaining before expiration.
- Recent Joint or Service Level Information Operations Planning Experience: A strong preference for candidates with recent joint or service level information operations planning experience.
- Joint Cyber Operations Planners Course: Completion of the Joint Cyber Operations Planners Course is highly desirable.
- Defense OPSEC Planner Course: Completion of the Defense OPSEC Planner Course is highly desirable.
- Special Warfare Advanced Targeting and Analysis Course: Completion of the Special Warfare Advanced Targeting and Analysis Course is highly desirable.
