Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixologist to join our team at Good Egg Dining Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain high levels of professionalism, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beer, spirits, and wine.
• Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and ensures 100% accuracy when entering orders into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurants standard drink recipes.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Confirm guests are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable).
• Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars.
• Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons.
• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
• Clear and reset tables in bar area.
• Monitor guests alcohol intake.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
• Answer phone professionally and according to restaurant standards.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
