Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled LPN to join our team. As an LPN at The Willows at Bowling Green, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
- High school diploma or equivalent
