Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and documenting the care of residents with impaired ability to swallow or communicate due to disease process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents with swallowing or communication disorders
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist in the development of communication and swallowing decline prevention policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical information
  • Proficiency in software such as Word and Excel
