North Central Connecticut Psychotherapy is a dynamic private practice dedicated to providing comprehensive support services to children and families in the North Central Connecticut/Western Mass area.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and families to provide individualized counseling services in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one counseling services to children and individuals in a therapeutic setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Valid clinical licensure in the state of CT (LPC, LPCA, LCSW)
  • Experience working with children and families is a must
  • Master's degree in a related field (Required)
  • 1 year of clinical counseling experience (Required)
