About the Role
FusionTech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to produce high-precision components for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and Production: Evaluate technical documents, determine production parameters, and enter them into manufacturing machines with precision and technical expertise.
- Manufacturing and Assembly: Produce high-precision components, assemble individual components into larger assemblies, and install them with accuracy.
- Quality Control and Maintenance: Conduct regular quality controls, maintenance, and repair work during the production process, and intervene as necessary to meet exact specifications and quality standards.
Training and Development
- Training Duration: 3.5 years (possible to shorten)
- Intermediate Examination: Midpoint of the 2nd year of training
- Dual Training: 1-2 times a week at a commercial vocational school
