  • Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers
  • Participate in treatment planning and implementation
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as an RN in a psychiatric setting
  • Experience working with adolescents and adults
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with co-occurring disorders
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments
  • Ability to float to other units as needed
