Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently allocate service calls based on a priority matrix that considers call history, dispatch boards, technician capabilities, equipment age, warranty status, and routing logistics.
- Engage with customers to arrange appointments, deliver service updates, and address any concerns.
- Conduct check-in calls with service technicians to assist with job completion and facilitate dispatch to subsequent calls.
- Research and assign service requests as needed.
- Maintain the dispatch board with assistance from the Customer Service Department.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing Dispatch.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan is preferred.
- Strong skills in mathematics, communication, and computer proficiency.
- Availability to work in person during standard business hours.
