About the Job: We are currently hiring for a Mixologist and Hospitality Professional to join our team at the Lodge at Schroon Lake. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by mixing and serving drink orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Take beverage orders from guests and servers, record orders accurately, and process payments.
  • Restock and replenish bar supplies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure efficient operation of the bar area.
  • Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and follow instructions.

Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience preferred; must be of legal age in order to serve alcohol, per state law.
  • TIPS certified preferred; Allergy Awareness training helpful.
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
