Spanish Speaking Physical Therapist PT for Home Health

FeldCare Connects is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
This is an opportunity to work as an Independent Contractor, serving San Miguel and surrounding areas.
As a member of our network, you will have the flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
Our team provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance, so you can focus on treating patients.
With our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system, documentation is a breeze, and you can complete it during the visit.

By joining our network, you will have access to patients at the palm of your hands, using our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients in seconds.
Qualifications include a current Physical Therapist license, completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program, reliable personal transportation, and a smartphone.
Bilingualism is a plus, but not required.
