Medical Administrator Opportunity

Leidos' National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared (TS/SCI with Polygraph) Medical Administrator to support medical offices for an Intelligence Community customer.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk/reception support
  • Answer phones and route calls
  • Facilitate patient processing by coordinating visits
  • Schedule, manage, and disseminate personnel and patient calendars/schedules
  • Order lab tests requested by onsite medical personnel
  • Update/filing electronic and paper medical records
  • Perform general office/clerical support as needed
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • High School diploma and 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact effectively with various clientele
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi task
  • Ability to work well under pressure

The pay range for this job level is $65,000 - $117,500.00, and additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
