At Emmaus Inc, we are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team at Mitch's Place, a family shelter that provides essential services to those in need. As a volunteer server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal setup and cleanup, including dishwashing, to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Serve food, including plating meals, distributing beverages, and serving desserts, to our guests, who include 26 families, an average of 40 adults, and 25 children.

• Maintain a clean and organized serving area and kitchen to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all.

Requirements:

• Volunteer Application

• Proof of COVID Vaccine

• Signed Waiver

• Volunteer Orientation

• CORI (NH residents must complete both MA and NH CORI)

• Copy of Driver's License

• Kitchen Safety Training with the Volunteer Manager

Time Commitment: At least once per month, with a specific time slot of 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Number of Volunteers Needed: 1 - 4 people
