We are seeking a highly skilled To-Go Specialist to join our team at JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC. As a To-Go Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of convenience without compromising quality or safety.
Key Responsibilities- Taking orders over the phone and in person, offering to-go beverages to guests who have not ordered them.
- Preparing orders and organizing them into bags, ensuring that all items are included and accounted for.
- Greeting guests and drivers within 30 seconds, cashing out guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Responsible for accurate cash handling, cashing out guests within 2 minutes of arrival for online or to-go orders.
- Packing TOGO and delivery orders, confirming orders with guests/drivers, and thanking them for choosing Fridays.
- Performing side duties, including answering the phone, opening doors, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.
- Stocking the TOGO area.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- A high energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and work effectively in a team.
- Professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
