As a Resident Assistant at Edencrest at Green Meadows, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to our residents. This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility and transfers.
You will work closely with our licensed nurses and other care team members to identify and meet the unique needs of each resident. Your goal will be to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for each individual, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
This is a part-time position, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and able to work a variety of schedules. A competitive hourly rate of $15-$18 per hour is offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds, if necessary.
