Collision Damage Appraiser

We are seeking a skilled Collision Damage Appraiser to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, estimating damages, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare accurate estimates according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage claims and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding the repair process.
• Collaborate with technicians to identify and confirm damage assessments.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in collision estimating preferred.
• Familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
