About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team at TravelNurseSource. As a Travel ICU RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week assignment in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, where you will have the chance to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in critical care nursing. As a Travel ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in critical care nursing
  • ACLS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
