Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Consultant to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our Partner Team, you'll collaborate closely with fellow advisors to tackle complex client situations and provide expert guidance on investment strategies, retirement planning, education savings, tax, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings, including first interviews, confidential fact-finding, financial action plans, implementation meetings, and reviews.
  • Prepare and/or review financial action plans and projections put together by team members.
  • Facilitate services for clients, including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies.
  • Develop and source new business with prospect and referral pipelines.
  • Keep Partners informed on team and client issues.
  • Contribute to team's strategic planning discussions and execute vision.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring of team members.
  • Champion team vision and lead by example.
  • Seek opportunities to better Moneta Corporation.
  • Travel occasionally to meet with clients and quarterly for team meetings.
  • Commitment to ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters.

Requirements

  • CFP, CPA, J.D. or CFA desired.
  • Series 65 required, or achievement of license required within 60 days of employment.
  • CFP required within 3 years of employment.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience offering holistic financial planning advice.
  • Wealth management, registered investment advisory experience preferred.
