Position Overview:

Allmetal Inc is actively looking for skilled manufacturing line technicians to operate our state-of-the-art roll forming equipment. This position focuses on the production of laser-welded air spacers and ornamental muntin bars.

Shift Information:
  • Type: 2nd Shift
  • Working Hours: 3pm - 11pm
  • Initial Compensation: $17.00 per hour
  • Wage Increase: $17.80 after 60 days
  • Shift Premiums: $1.50 per hour, $2.25 for overtime
With 2nd Shift premiums, earnings can reach up to $21.55 per hour

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Ability to meet production targets
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Physical capability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, or stand for long durations
  • Follow established procedures
  • Maintain a tidy work environment
  • Comply with safety, quality, and production standards
  • Consistent attendance is required
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with colleagues
