About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Stretch Practitioner at StretchLab Bothell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one stretch sessions to our clients, helping them achieve their wellness and fitness goals through increased flexibility and mobility.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions to clients, tailoring each session to their individual needs and goals
  • Partner with clients to develop customized stretch programs, promoting mobility, range of motion, and flexibility
  • Educate and motivate clients during sessions, recommending follow-up plans to achieve optimal results
  • Build and retain client relationships, ensuring a positive and supportive environment
  • Enter session notes into client profiles to track progress and optimize future sessions
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational presentations to stay current on industry standards and best practices
Requirements
  • Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or related field
  • Certification in Physical Therapy, Personal Training, or related bodywork certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
