Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of ultrasound and vascular imaging procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular studies.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of ultrasound and vascular imaging procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the imaging process.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our imaging services.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate / GED
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
