InGenesis is currently seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health issues.
- Provide referrals to outside treatment facilities for severe mental disturbances.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- A Doctoral Degree in Psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license at the Doctorial Level for the independent practice of Psychology in the state where the duty station is located.
- Two years independent practice in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology as a licensed psychologist.
- BLS through the American Heart Association.
- Verbal proficiency in Spanish (preferred, not required).
- Ability to pass a federal government security background check.
- Ability to walk unaided at a normal pace for up to 10 minutes and maintain balance.
- Ability to respond to medical emergencies within 4 minutes.
- Ability to perform CPR/emergency care standing or kneeling.
- Ability to assist sick, injured, or aging detainees or staff exiting the building during an emergency.
- Ability to see, hear, and smell with or without the use of aides if necessary.
- Ability to easily alternate between kneeling and standing.
- Ability to lift, push, or carry 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
