Soccer Coach

At i9 Sports - West Baltimore County, MD, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Soccer Coach to lead our youth sports teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert instruction, promoting a positive youth sports culture, and ensuring a fun and safe experience for our athletes.

• Lead practice sessions, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and a positive team atmosphere
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values and teamwork
• Communicate game day information to players and parents through established platforms
• Exemplify a positive attitude and superior customer service skills at all times

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
• Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season
