The Vendor Paid Stock colleague plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of new merchandise for our brand-specific vendors. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process shipments and ensure timely delivery of merchandise to the sales floor
  • Hang or fold merchandise and maintain a well-organized stockroom
  • Assist in the movement of fixtures and merchandise for new product, season changes, and clearance sets
  • Replenish stock onto the sales floor and maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment
  • Process damages, transfers, and returns to vendor merchandise
  • Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year previous merchandising or retail experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers, and management
  • Basic math functions and ability to use a calculator
  • Self-starter with good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner
  • Comfortable with the use of RF equipment
  • Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours
Physical Requirements
  • Heavy lifting and constant moving and standing
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours
  • Lifting at least 30 lbs
  • May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
  • May have to reach above eye level
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
