Creative Graphic Designer

Green Fox Companies is a leading agricultural processing facility, manufacturing grains and fibers. We are a fast-paced, innovative company focused on providing specialized products for consumer and industrial uses. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will play a key role on our team, responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the company's brand message and engage target audiences. This position will work closely with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute solutions across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create all graphics for various platforms and mediums, including blogs, emails, webpages, newsletters, promotional materials, and clothing designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Seek new strategies to increase organizational awareness.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute advertising and marketing concepts, including digital ads, websites, print materials, posters, logos, brochures, and more.
• Assist with sales and client needs, sometimes with short deadlines.
• Manage the Company Brand Style Guide.
• Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Create material by hand or use technology and creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts, and designs for all campaigns.
• Maintain a portfolio of work and maintain a company archive.
• Develop flyers, brochures, web graphics, presentations, and other visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve results.
• Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Analyze platforms and performance and identify changes in the market to improve the content.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in graphic design.
• Graphic design and marketing experience, degree, or professional training.
• 3-5 years of marketing and design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Premier.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to create designs for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries, in multi-platform capacities for various campaigns.
• Experience in creating a wide range of digital assets, such as social media creative, email templates, and print collateral.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong aptitude for learning new software, technical skills, and applying new ideas.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Able to manage changing priorities.

Schedule: 8:00-4:30 M-F

Work Location: In person (Kimball, MN just outside of St Cloud, MN)
