About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapy Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality patient support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized guidance and support to patients
  • Setting up various therapies and exercises as required
  • Assisting with departmental activities and other tasks assigned by management
  • Contributing to clinic flow optimization

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with light cleaning duties and assist with administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position (pay negotiable based on qualifications)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
