About the Role

The Landscape Crew Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation of our outdoor landscape projects.

This key position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding our company's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of landscape projects
  • Coordinate with Senior Managers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on job sites
  • Plant perennials, shrubs, and trees per plan
  • Mulch, prepare beds, bury downspouts, etc.
  • Natural Stone installation (flagstone steppers, dry creek beds, flagstone patios, boulder walls, etc.)
  • Low Voltage landscape lighting
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar leadership role in the landscaping industry
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and natural stone
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
