Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Temp Acute Care Medical Surgical Nurse at Del Sol Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.
- You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.
- You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
- RN licensed in State of Texas/Compact.
- BCLS certified.
- Current ACLS (Exception: NEW GRADUATE must obtain within six months from date of hire)
- Associates Degree or BSN.
- Critical Care Background.
- Dysrhythmia Recognition.
- Proficiency in EKG.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and a generous relocation package.
