We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at IASIS Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our PCU department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication.
