  • Ensure the efficient allocation of resources across projects, managing competing priorities effectively
  • Compiles and disseminates comprehensive project and portfolio reports, covering status, budget expenditures, and key performance metrics
  • Integrate agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Continuously evaluates and improves project management processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Implements best practices in project management, leveraging industry standards and innovations
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and university policies in all project management activities
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both orally and written
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit critical judgment, high-level initiative, and complex reasoning to address and resolve university-wide challenges
Working Conditions

This position may require occasional travel to meet with stakeholders or attend conferences. May be required to work extended hours during peak project periods. Up to 20% of this position, over the fiscal year during off-peak periods, may be performed remotely as determined by the supervisor.

This position may be designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
