Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Role Summary:
This role involves overseeing maintenance operations within a food processing environment, focusing on high-speed packaging machinery, sizing apparatus, and various equipment used in the processing of poultry products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all maintenance activities to ensure continuous production flow.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and uphold health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to high-speed packaging systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance as per the guidelines established by management.
Job Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates with a background in industrial electricity from a Trade School are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Able to identify and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical faults.
- Possession of basic hand tools is preferred, though not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with 480v and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and preventative maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and high-speed packaging operations.
- Understanding of electrical maintenance practices and PLC troubleshooting.
