  • Marketing and Promotions: Drive neighborhood shop marketing and promotions to maximize sales potential.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for 8-9 hours or as needed, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
