Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Attendant to join our US Operations team. As a Fleet Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our autonomous robot fleet, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of Starship Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain our robot fleet to ensure they are in top condition, both inside and out.
  • Perform operational service tasks, including deploying robots to or returning from service areas, transporting robots to delivery areas, and assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Conduct weekly merchant preflights to identify and resolve any service-related issues and provide operational and general troubleshooting assistance.
  • Assist robots in unexpected situations and report any issues to the onsite team.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to sustain the health of the robots.
  • Maintain our hub-based warehouse and conduct regular inventories.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and ride an ebike on various terrain.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and hand tools.
  • Availability for weekend shifts and flexible hours.
