As a Physical Therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will provide PT treatment and patient care according to clinic guidelines in an outpatient setting. This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

  • $1,760 - $1,946 per week
  • 12-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Outpatient Clinic setting
  • Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to clinic guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in Tennessee
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192 and Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00).
