Gate Technician

Techpro Security Products LLC is seeking an experienced Gate Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting gate systems, access control systems, and security cameras.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain gate operators, barrier arm operators, and access control systems
• Service and troubleshoot gate systems, including running and terminating low voltage cables
• Install and configure security cameras and alarms
• Network and headend configuration knowledge
• Proficient with conduit installation and fiber optic termination and splicing
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA codes
• Ability to work independently and handle projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in low voltage installation
• Experience with common gate operators and access control systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
