We are seeking motivated and experienced CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team at US Foods, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the food service industry.

The base hourly rate for this role is between $30.28 and $35.64, with opportunities for overtime compensation and a retention bonus. About the Job:

This position involves safely driving trucks to customers and meeting scheduled delivery times. You will also be responsible for unloading products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and verifying accuracy of delivery with customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, necessary endorsements, and DOT qualifications. A minimum of six months commercial driving experience is required, along with the ability to read and communicate in the English language.

Main Responsibilities:

Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery timesUnload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by handVerify accuracy of delivery with customersHandle collections and payments from customers when applicablePerform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experiencePerform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shiftComfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)
