  • Drive client success by tracking attendance and progress.
  • Administer body scan technology and interpret results to provide personalized feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and member engagement.
  • Achieve monthly personal training revenue goals and collaborate with the member sales team to promote membership growth.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings to stay informed and aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy facility environment.
  • Pursue ongoing education and leadership opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
