About the Role

Cinch Connectivity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Assembler J to join our Assembly team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components by assembling parts and subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct complex electro-mechanical assemblies for multiple product types.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble products accurately.
  • Learn and master all assembly job functions within the facility.
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality control.
What You'll Need
  • Must be J standard certified (Solder).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly or specialized training preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
