About Bar Mtier Cocktail Server

At HRI DEVELOPMENT, we're seeking a skilled Bar Mtier Cocktail Server to join our team in the Warehouse District. This is a unique opportunity to work in a French-style bar with a bold and creative atmosphere, serving up stellar cocktails and exceptional service to our guests.


Job Summary

The Bar Mtier Cocktail Server will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, from warmly greeting them upon arrival to ensuring they depart with an exceptional experience. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift.


Key Responsibilities


  2. Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable experience.




  3. Follow established service sequence guidelines to ensure consistent food and beverage guest experiences.




  4. Handle payment for guests' purchases in compliance with PCI and cash handling procedures.




  5. Properly ring guest orders through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.




  6. Maintain positive guest relations at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.




  7. Work collaboratively with a spirit of teamwork, communicating needs and ideas to management to ensure seamless service.




  8. Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the outlet menu, including drink specials and promotions.




  9. Follow all safety and sanitation policies, maintaining a clean and organized station throughout the shift.




  10. Upsell items to guests, enhancing their dining experience and driving revenue growth.




  11. Properly check all guests' identification to ensure legal age compliance, in accordance with local laws and regulations.




  12. Perform side work as needed, contributing to the overall success of the bar.




  13. Keep server station clean and organized, maintaining a high level of presentation and professionalism.




Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  2. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.




  3. Prioritize and organize work assignments, having timely follow-up and execution.




  4. Superb time management skills, ensuring efficient service delivery and minimizing wait times.




  5. Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services and hours of operation, providing accurate information to guests.




  6. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.




  7. Ability to comply with physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.




What We Offer
