Caregiver 2nd Shift Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team at Homestead as a Resident Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

• Assist with daily care needs, including dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Engage residents in activities and encourage social interaction
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping duties
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to supervisors
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, support services, and colleagues
• Support other team members as needed
• Adhere to safety and health standards, including infection control procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with the elderly preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
