Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
- Provide excellent patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
