Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in South Bend, IN. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the time and attendance payroll system to ensure accurate payroll data for union employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, review, and resolve payroll exceptions in the ADP E-Time system.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to collect accurate pay information.
  • Post daily production data into the manufacturing system.
  • Reconcile daily worked hours, incentive pay, and production summaries.
  • Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets based on supervisor documentation.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support and assist the payroll team with training and development.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll and production reports as needed.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with ADP E-Time or a similar payroll system.
  • 1+ years of experience in a unionized environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and SAP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with spreadsheet data.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and supervisors.
