We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Compunnel. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with life-threatening conditions or comorbidities requiring sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, identifying and responding to changes in their status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Proficiency in computer charting systems, including EPIC.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience with crisis management and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
