Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor at Excel Hotel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by efficiently checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, registering them and issuing room keys as needed.
- Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate with management to address any outstanding guest requests or issues.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software, including hotel management systems.
