Responsibilities:

  1. Support the deployment of new cloud solutions, which includes User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and driving operational requirements. Deliverables include Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution, Production Verification, and Administrative Portals.
  2. Ensure the overall stability, security, and supportability of the platform. Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to engineer operational requirements, technical documentation, and provide ongoing support.
  3. Monitor and maintain cloud solutions, ensuring that standard procedures are established for system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
  4. Develop monitoring guidelines to maximize availability, uptime, and performance. Conduct research and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and outages.
  5. Provide support for web portals, orchestration, platform, application, API, network, and monitoring requirements. Maintain overall service and platform health through performance tuning and capacity planning.
  6. Conduct post-outage reviews, manage Service Incident Reporting (SIR), and develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for management and clients.
