- Business Requirements Identification: Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to identify and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's objectives and core processes.
- Requirements Interpretation: Simplify complex business requirements for easier analysis and decision-making, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement, developing strategies and solutions to address them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate stakeholders' needs and expectations into actionable strategies and milestones for the project.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, informing business decisions and driving process improvements.
- Business Process Modeling: Identify opportunities for process improvement and create functional specifications for solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation regarding projects, processes, and operations, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Option Assessment: Evaluate options for process improvement, identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent work ethic, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of interdependencies between key business processes, functions, and Story/Acceptance criteria development.
- Data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with process modeling, mapping, and analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements.
- Ability to document, track, and manage requirements.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
