As a Senior Financial Accountant - Hybrid within our Corporate Accounting Team, you will collaborate with various internal departments such as Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources, Payroll, Tax, Real Estate, and Operations.


We are in search of a candidate who possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles and can independently identify and resolve issues.

This individual should be meticulous, highly organized, and demonstrate complete accountability for their responsibilities.

This position offers a unique chance to join a $1B organization as a Senior Financial Accountant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring precision in accounting and timely reporting.

Your Contributions:
.

Based at Hanger's Corporate Office, the Senior Financial Accountant will be tasked with:


Executing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries, particularly for a significant volume of prepaid amortization entries.

Conducting analyses and assisting in the review or enhancement of analytical processes and controls.

Supporting financial due diligence and the integration of acquisitions.


Working alongside various departments to review, analyze, and implement standards that directly influence the expense reporting system.

Ensuring that Balance Sheet accounts are accurately calculated, supported, and reconciled.

Completing additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree; CPA certification is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of general ledger accounting experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, preferably within a large public company.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud is preferred.

A strong grasp of US GAAP.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with complex tables and XLOOKUP functions.
