We are seeking an experienced Auto Parts Delivery Driver to join our team at AutoZone, Inc. This role is responsible for delivering auto parts to commercial customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe driving record.
About the Role:
As an Auto Parts Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and representing our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to transport auto parts to commercial customers in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be required to drive a delivery vehicle, load and unload parts, and maintain a clean and organized vehicle. Additionally, you may be asked to pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver auto parts to commercial customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a safe driving record, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Loading and unloading parts from vehicles
- Picking up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (delivery, logistics, transportation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
