About the Role

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Conduct regular data maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information
  • Update property-related data, including craftsmen, favorites, and emergency services
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or vocational training in the crafts, preferably in building technology
  • Relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
