### Job Description
As an Industrial Supervisor - Food Service, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of professionals to deliver exceptional food services. Your primary duties will include:

* Training and developing team members to ensure they meet the company's standards
* Collaborating with the Branch Manager on assigned projects to drive success
* Operating and maintaining company-owned vehicles safely for business travel
* Building strong customer relationships through regular account visits
* Identifying equipment upgrade needs and scheduling installations of new vending machines
* Supporting company programs and branch goals
* Monitoring inventory levels, labor costs, waste percentages, and consumption
* Addressing customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours

### Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:

* Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle
* Have previous vending experience (preferable)
* Possess previous management experience
* Demonstrate strong financial management skills and goal achievement
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers
* Be able to work independently and manage time efficiently
* Be a problem solver with a valid driver's license and good driving history
