Front Desk Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at our community client site in Crosby, MN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist customers with program information, services, and membership inquiries.
  • Operate a computer, navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems, as well as Point of Sale and Membership software.
  • Ability to accurately count US currency and operate a cash register.
  • Provide adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute within 90 days of hire.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of customer service history.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Ability to hear from 20 feet away and over the phone, speak English fluently.
  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements, including passing a background check.
